I really like this one, I think it's because it's so clear, and professional looking. There isn't any cutesy stuff going on. When I read that it would be for a PR firm, I thought that was perfect, because it screams business.
Building off of Beckie's comment, I felt the lowercase serif font for the "sarah" contrasted with the capitals of "mccarthy" really helped to soften the image so it wasn't really rigid and boring. It gives it dimension. I too really like this one; it's stately yet creative at the same time.
